Believes the best interfaces disappear — that design succeeds when people complete their task without thinking about the tool.

Fifteen-plus years in user experience design, leading digital transformation across government, enterprise, and AI-assisted products. Experienced with internal finance systems, large-scale organisational websites, and government intranets — translating complex requirements into clean, usable interfaces.

Works fluently across multinational teams and brings an AI-native workflow to research, prototyping, and design execution — using Figma Make, Claude Code, and other tools to move from idea to interface faster.

Maintains an independent design practice on the side, exploring new tools, techniques, and product ideas — including hands-on coding to prototype and ship end-to-end.
